Studio Liv accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Cashapp and WooPay.
Many items in the shop are produced in-house and prone to machine and human error. To reduce waste, Studio Liv sells B-grades at a discount, and C-grades may be included as a freebie in your order.
Shipping cost is dependent on location, weight and current market rates. You can estimate shipping on the checkout page before completing checkout.
Currently, we ship in the US.
Processing time is typically 3-5 days, but can be 6-10 days following sales and recent shop updates.
Any shipping estimate provided at checkout does not include processing times. For example, if a shipping speed says 10 business days, that means 10 business days from when the postal carrier receives the package. It’s just an estimate and not a guaranteed timeframe.
If there is tracking available for the postage you selected, the tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Orders shipped as lettermail will not have tracking. All orders shipped as parcels will have tracking.
All sales are final. Studio Liv will replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged.
If you were sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged or there is another issue, please email contact@shopstudioliv.com, and a replacement will be sent to you. Alternatively, you can request a refund if you prefer.
